What We Offer:

• Mindful communication workshops and seminars
• Meditation and breathing technique sessions
• Yoga and outdoor activities
• Retreats and multi-day programs
• Science communication events
• Interactive talks and dynamic group activities

3. Participation, Health & Liability

Your Responsibility:

• Participate entirely at your own risk and assess your own fitness for activities.
• You are solely responsible for any injuries during yoga, physical activities, or outdoor sessions.
• Consult healthcare providers before participating if you have medical conditions, injuries, or limitations.
• Inform facilitators of health concerns, allergies, or dietary requirements.
• Practice within your capabilities and modify activities as needed.

Our Role & Limitations:

• We provide wellness education and complementary practices, not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.
• No liability assumed for injuries, accidents, illnesses, emotional distress, or adverse effects.
• Emergency contact information may be required for retreats/multi-day programs.
• Sessions may be cancelled due to insufficient participants or circumstances.

By participating, you agree to release The Mindful BAse, its facilitators, and partner locations from liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur.

4. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

Data We Collect:

• Registration details (name, email, phone) for workshop coordination
• Health/safety information (allergies, limitations) for participant safety
• Emergency contacts for retreat participants
• Photos/testimonials only with explicit consent
• Email addresses only collected with explicit consent for newsletters and workshop updates
• Communication history for event coordination and follow-up

Your GDPR Rights: Access, rectify, delete, or object to data processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Security: Data stored securely, not shared with third parties. Essential cookies only for website functionality.
